曾建興(Jensen Tzeng)

總經理 / General Manager

Jensen 擁有二十多年的工作資歷，專精於租賃、銀行、財務管理、中高階人才招募等領域。在加入 ETalent 之前，他曾擔任奇異資融(GE Capital)副總裁、中租迪和專案部協理等職務，也曾歷任過數家高科技公司的董事和監察人職務。Jensen 畢業於東吳大學電算系，並於美國羅格斯(Rutgers)紐澤西州立大學取得企業管理碩士以及台大EMBA學位。

Jensen具有中華民國就業服務專業證書 : 就專字第08925號。

Jensen has more than 20 years of experience in the Leasing, Banking, Financial Management and

Executive Search areas. Prior to joining ETalent, he acted as Director of Financing at GE Capital,

Sr. Vice President of Project Finance at Chailease Finance. He had also been appointed as the board member for electronics companies. Jensen holds the Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Soochow University and earned his MBA degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and EMBA degree from National Taiwan University. 

黃元臻(Alan Huang)

協理暨資深顧問 / Director & Sr. Consultant

Alan 擁有超過二十年的工作資歷，專精於科技產品業務行銷、IT 及公共服務業文宣企劃、中高階人才招募等領域。在加入 ETalent 之前，他曾擔任立法委員國會助理、公關公司科技行銷、電源供應器業務副總等職務，長期與寬頻通訊及 IT 業界合作。Alan 畢業於海洋大學機械系，並於國立中央大學取得管理學碩士學位。 

Alan has 20 years experience in the Hi-Tech product marketing & sales, IT & public affair

PR and Executive Search areas. Prior to joining ETalent, he acted as Vice President of Sales at

Roger Electric Co., Ltd., Director at BridgeOne PR Consultant, Congressional Assistant of

Taiwanese Legislator. Alan holds the Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National

Taiwan Ocean University and earned his EMBA degree from National Central University in Taiwan.

王梅蘭(Michelle Wang)

管理部經理暨資深顧問 / Director & Sr. Consultant

Michelle 具有十五年以上的工作資歷，專精於人力資源、行政管理、專案管理、中高階人才招募等領域。在加入 ETalent 之前，曾於半導體、光通訊、網路通訊等大型企業與外資企業擔任人力資源主管工作，長期深耕人力資源管理領域。Michelle 畢業於清華大學外國語文學系，並於清華大學取得企業管理碩士。

Michelle has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in Hi-Tech HR, Office administration,

Project management, and Executive Search areas. Prior to joining ETalent, she has dedicated herself in

Human Resources management area in Semiconductor and Communication industry for many years.

Michelle holds the Bachelor Degree in Foreign languages and literature from National Tsing Hua

University and earned her MBA degree from National Tsing Hua University.
